 🍓The Strawberry Teacup began on a very mundane day, at a mundane time, in a cubicle. It was just a scribbled note in a notebook, which became a menu idea, which became a business idea.. and the whole thing was set in motion. 

 🍓 After graduating from the University of Maine in 2024 with a chemical engineering degree, Owner Catrina spent a year in Atlanta, GA, working for an engineering company. In 2026, she left her work as an engineer to pursue her passion for bringing delicious, healthy food to the community of her hometown. 

 🍓 None of this would be possible without the wonderful support and help of the family, support system, and community that backed Catrina at the opening and continues to support her every day. You can often find Catrina behind the serving window at the cafe on sunny or rainy days, ready to make your order a reality. 

 🍓 Catrina lives at home with her love, Riley, and their two pets, a senior golden retriever named Phoebe and an orange kitten named Cloud. When you order merchandise from the store, you may get a hand-signed card from the whole fam! You'll have to see for yourself...
